Mr. Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour, Minister of Tourism, the keenness of the Ministry of Tourism to provide all the comforts and security of pilgrims to the Egyptians and their families he also added that it had been agreed between the ministries of tourism, management development, in cooperation with the relevant ministries (Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Social Solidarity, and Medical Mission) for the work center contact a government-Call Center-to provide updated information to citizens about Hajj and answer their questions about the (deaths, injured, sick, relieve the pilgrims in Mecca and Medina and the possibility of contact, dates of return flights) in order to be the center number (19 468). The Brigade / Hani, head of the depositary of the companies and tourist shops at the Ministry of Tourism that the main objective of establishing this center is to facilitate the pilgrims and the people are able to access updated information and immediate service Hajj. Moreover, the depositary that the Centre will continue to work during the Hajj season only from 20/10/2011 until 25/11/2011, pointing out that this service will be available to all citizens from all over Egypt and working throughout the day. It should be noted that it has been to provide a complete database of pilgrims and tourism, including hotels housing in Mecca and Medina and the dates of travel of the pilgrims and their return in addition to any other information that could serve the pilgrims and their families will be coordination with the mission of the Ministry of Tourism currently stationed in Saudi Arabia and operating under the supervision of Mr. Ahmed El Khadem, head of the pilgrimage tourism to provide the Center with any updated information private pilgrims
